  • Explain to me how you help a "gullible" person? (definition-easily deceived or cheated)
How do you convince someone that a "bargain" seems too good to be true ?
Its a fact of life you cant, instinct & intuition can only help but there is no cure.
  • I don't want to be rude, but you really are not helping. i think I can speak for many people using this page they would rather you didn't post your opinions anymore.

Thank you, well at least I can see now that he was almost certainly suspended and not just closing down his own ebay account.

Can anyone explain the number of positives left by buyers though calling this guy a scammer? Why not just leave a neg , these remarks are all on a positive feedback:
DISGUSTED, baby due in 16 days and i have no crib, pram or carseat and £325 down
    complete scammer avoid no buggy
THIS IS NEGATIVE -TOTAL CON - RECEIVED NO PUSHCHAIR -FRAUDSTERS
paypal claim opened, surprise surprise another person not recieved item!

Also did no one ever spot that seller had never left any feedback at all, how weird is that?

Does the truth hurt like ?
Since when did this forum turn into a dicatorship when people will be told who can and who cannot post "ligitimate" comments.
What you are saying is that if I post a "sunshine and roses scenario" saying its fine we will all be refunded and the scammer will go to jail this is acceptable, but I cannot post a "realistic" outcome for fear of offending someone, whatever happened to free speech !!
  • No, what I am saying is you are not being constructive in your responses so they really hold no value on this issue. I am afraid noone is interested in your comments so maybe i am saving you your time to go and find some other ebay scams to alert people to. The damage has been done here and we are banding together to resolve an issue the best we can. Have you not read about exite holidays where the fraudster guy was imprisoned (mention on an earlier link) Where there is a will there is a way and we will find those ways.

  • I think Rainman you are detracting from the on going issues, that is the problem. As mentioned before we know exactly where you are comming from and you have indeed made your point, what we are trying to do now is help others who made a bad judgement due to the overwhelming desire to buy something lovely for their new baby that otherwise they couldnt afford as you can see, prams are a very expensive business!
I think you are perhaps running the risk of being ignored if you insist on standing on a very high wall shouting down i told you so's at the small people! Lets just be nice and try and help others now, this website has such a power behind it and thats down to people like all of us putting our heads together! Martin says 'rob the banks before they rob you well in this case 'stop the scammer before he strikes again'!
    it takes more energy
    to hate than to love...
    love and relax!

  • Wel said!
There are still many people, including me, that did not recieve an email from you. We need to help those who have be 'had' and future purchasers, not keep going on and on about 'I told you so'. we have got your message of doom but we are trying to resolve the situation. Anything is possible. I have fought many organisation on a personal level and have never come out the loser. This will be dealt with in the same organised and thorough way I dealt with them. No stone will be left unturned. And this time there are people joining forces, sharing info and working together. WE WILL GET SOMEWHERE!

Here is a selection of ebayers I sent messages to after they purchased the 8 in 1 ultima pram. I take offence to people who make out I did nothing to help this situation, why did I email all these buyers ???????????????????????
  • thanks for what you did then, but you are not helping now. It still stands that we need to help all those affect now. There were 46 buyers on ebay that didn't get their goods the last time i looked, and there will be many more that need help. The scamster needs stopping for the future potential buyers too.
