I've been wondering the same thing myself. I'm sure that must be something that Trading Standards can advise on? At present though the Google checkout on the site doesn't work, but if people are them emailing him directly, he will be referring them to pay via PayPal, which is what he did to us (although we didn't pay in the end).0 -

Well you can criticise me again as Im about to make another judgement. IN MY OPINION in this instance this paypal guarantee (£150 or £500 or whatever) malarkey on ebay isnt worth a jot, hows that. Now Im really putting my neck on the line here, once again I hope I am proved wrong, I hope you let me know how you get on with paypal (remember www.paypalsucks.com) and I wish you all the best of luck in tracking this fraudster down. Lets see who wins either A. the customers all get fully refunded or B. the scamster gets away with the loot. My money is on B
OOOh you are so positive! You really know how to make a girl feel better! Have you actually bought anything from him? Or can you help anyone who has in a positive way as that's what we need.No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30 -

I'm not techie but maybe someone else who is could advise here. I understand that google searches return best match based on keywords so at the moment if you put Discount buggies in a search their website will come quite high. Is is possible to raise concerns on different website enough to make those complaints register higher on Google than the website? Sort of as a warning to people who might be buying direct today?
Also, is it posible to find out what payment methods they are currently accepting and warn the suppliers, so for instance if they are still taking paypal (and I doubt it as it will just add funds to the pot to be claimable by buyers) warn them again..and again..if they take visa then get hold of visa and warn them there is a current scam.
I don't know if any of this is possible but maybe someone else can come up with other ways to close this down?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
