If you're a manager with spelling & grammar like that, it's little wonder that people are being advised to avoid such companies. I'm all for letting the little things slide, but seriously, you fail to spell words like realise, different, kerb and use there when you should be using their.
People in positions of true management should not be making such elementary mistakes. The fact that you do really does speak volumes about the quality of the work you're in.

would you join a company who starts by saying we are going to go begging on behalf of charity? No. they are using these names such as talktalk to establish authority.

i also wonder how much of the money they get on behalf of charity actually reaches a charity.

when i asked on the phone what the job entailed they repeated what they had just said. "we are a major advertising company who represent big names such as talktalk." no matter how much you ask them they wont tell you its a door to door sales job.

not to mention they don't even tell you its a 100% commission job until your actually there. which for me would have been a 1 hour journey. Then there is the interview that lasts like a week that you don't get paid for. but you pay for all the travel of course and still work a 40+ hour week...

even commission jobs need to give you the opportunity to earn minimum wage. this blatantly does not. infact from what i have read you actually end up losing money.

and if this seems fair to you then yes you probably will make a good manager some day. because to be a manager in this company you have to be just as scum as they are.

You will not get to management of any of the companies that anybody has listed. It's all a massive scam telling you that you'll have your own business and earn 100k within a year of becoming employed. What a load of bollacks.

If that was the case, do you not think everybody sound of mind would be doing it?

I'm not doubting that door-to-door sales can be legit, but the particular companies listed within this thread are all scams set up by lying scum, so good at what they do, and abusing the desperation of the unemployed.

Our favourite, Kevin O'Neill, for example, 100k a year? Ok, so he drives a Vauxhall Astra 1.4 and lives in a flat with his parents. Wow, so as a customer services advisor for a reputable company, i seem to be better off than him.

Oh, and if I worked in a shop that only paid me if people came in and bought things. I dont think i'd be in that job for very long ... of my own accord i might add.

But if you're happy to not be paid ... unless you get the numbers than go you ! enjoy your commissioned pay and allow those who dont want to be messed about by these scum to discuss it on this thread.

talktalk is using business advertising LTD as a middle man so that they dont get any of the blame.

i think the only way they will listen is if these companies are losing them more custom than they are gaining. the only way to do this is through bad publicity.

we all need to spread the word to every talktalk customer that talktalk funds scam artists.



but when this hits the news i can almost guarantee talktalk will say that they had no idea.

even though i have sent them emails to which i have had no reply.

then business advertising LTD will change there name again. then talktalk will do business with them again. :mad:

Ha blu-blu you most definately are not a manager as you can't even spell. Even people like Kevin O'neill need to be able to string a sentance together!

My guess it that you are actually a 'trainee manager', you have got maybe 1 or even no-one on your team and have been working there for about 2 or 3 months.

Just to make you aware, you will quit in the next few weeks when it all hits you! :money:

Hi there, I am so relieved I found this site, I was about to go to an interview for a company that lucky for me, someones mentioned on here, they are called Blackcode Advertising.

Me, being an enthusiastic kinda girl looking for a career, I researched the company before my interview, (to impress them with my know-how!!) and struggled to come up with anything! Their sparse website with a photo of some fella that has turned into a financial genius (the owner?!?) like, overnight, and "trademark" Human Commercial was about all they had to say for themselves. Even then I had to Google to find out what the hell Human Commercial meant -and discovered-gasp!-Cobra Group also claims to use this "unique" touch!!! WELL! If I was a self-respecting company such as Blackcode Advertising, with a financial god-king as my CEO, I would have sued the pants off of Cobra Group for infringing my trademark!! I even have a little TM symbol next to the word to show how trademarked it is!!

And, anyway, how on earth could this place (and others like it) offer to train people (whilst paying them!) how to make your own company, and, using the same Development Programme the MD did, run the business in just 18 months?!? Starting as a Human Commercial?! Who starts a business being a human commercial?! They would need money or business loans to start businesses, and investors, and legal aid, and all sorts, not just the ability to be a human commercial!!

But, I then found a thread on this website all about these companies, including Blackcode, and spent ages reading how they do this!! I'm so shocked. There are so many companies ripping people off by offering hopes of becoming a financial whiz-kid in 3 easy steps, whilst never doing anything more than sending them knocking on doors for commission-only work.

I finally understood that mystifying jargon- Human Commercial= Underpaid Door to door salesman.

Why is there nothing anyone can do about these people?

Oh lord i cant beleive this, went for my first interview with bradford marketing today, the more the very same alabama smaller (Whose got a different second name now) explained it, the more i fell for beleiving it was a one in a life time oppurtunity, especially for somebody like me, who has just left the army with no civvy certified quals.
42 people to get through he tells me, three interviews and only one job that after 9 months will lead to a managerial position.
Wow, thinks me, ive no chance! But fingers crossed ay???!
Anyway 6pm the same day i get a phone call that leaves me jumping for joy! Through to my second interview! Wow!

So here i am, nervous and exited for tomorrow, gotta be up early to repeat the journey i did today, which is an hour each way on the train, paid out of my own pocket, im so nervous and exited infact that it is 2AM and i cant sleep, bit of research then to pass the time i think (as i finish setting 5 alarms on my phone to make extra sure im up for such a momentous day) make myself look keen for doing background research aswell!

An now i find this, and i am completely crestfallen, gutted, heartbroken, and let down.
The gall of that american makes me sick, he finished the interview by thanking me (On behalf of himself and the general public) for my service on my two tours of afghan as a combat infantry soldier (Which he knew nothing about, even though it was on my CV)
What a horrible pathetic individual.

p.s. there was a post of an email somebody sent earlier to a similiar company, would you mind dreadfully if i could copy and paste this? And edit out the obvious? Would write one myself, but i fear my anger would spill over and naughty words would be written.
