Jack, BP have a 3 month warranty on most laptops, for anything up to an extra £100.00 is it worth it for 12 months warranty, answer yes.
I'm willing to go up to £300.00 as my maximum, providing it has a 12 month warranty from any supplier.

I got an Acer for my wife from Tesco with good spec,I paid £329 but its now £349.I was also lucky as the cpu was meant to be a 2.2ghz T7500 but an actual 2.4ghz T7700 is fitted.:j
