Well done Mark.
Looks like I will be on my own soon.
No, I won't be going anywhere, except during the time when my Internet is being reorganised. Oh, I'm dreading all that!
Meanwhile I'm beginning to search for a place to rent which will accept 2 cats and have no objection to a huge ferret cage in the garden. Wonder if I'm being optimistic?
PS Well done too to Mark.0 -
All quiet here. Had two viewings in the first week but nothing came of them and nothing since.

No you won't. I think I'll join in on this thread.
Been on the market since Feb 08 started at £139,950 now on at Fixed Price £99,950 (Lets not have a discussion over fixed price - been there, done that)
Loads of viewings but nothing for the last few weeks. No offers at all.
Just going to forget about it over Christmas - getting the tree up on Friday.0 -

Great, you're in for Christmas & there's a New Year coming in which you can make it 'all yours.' Come back & tell us how you're doing.
The new Year is something for everyone else to remember too. While it may not make a scrap of difference to mortgages etc, there will be some people who'll evaluate their position & decide to bite the bullet and drop their prices, like we've done. It may only be a small percentage, but anything that helps to free the market up is a positive.0 -
I think a lot of people will reduce come new year, but this will mean more competition and I will have to reduce more to stay ahead, meanwhile, my EA has just rung, new manager in wants me to take off overs over and reduce the price by 2k, But I have it as low as I want to go, and 50k less than others (albeit they are over priced) so I have taken the offers over and put it up 2k to hopefully still achieve the same, not sure that was a good move, but I appreciate offers over may put people off.
Its hard to know what to do for the best.Pawpurrs x0
