Have to say I thought the same Dave! Had to read it twice then I realised what you meant!
Are you still taking viewings Dave? Or is it off the market?Pawpurrs x0 -
No other viewings arranged at the moment im afraid, its seems to have all but dried up in the village/town where i live.
I know one of the EA's has closed and i think another may have, that still leaves 3 in a small market town which is probably enough0 -

I'm usually good at spotting the daft things I/people say, but that one got through! Don't worry, I suffer from vertigo, even on a step-ladder.
Sorry Dave but it gave me a giggle:rotfl:
PS You can get therapy for that vertigo you know;)0 -
congrats on the baby lisa  you must be very brave selling your house at the same time as having the baby. i thought i was bad putting mine on market at the same time as changing job and taking my driving test lol. at least you wont have time to worry about it you'll be too busy giving that gorgeous little bundle lots of cuddles.
i know what you mean about viewers pawpurrs they can be very frustrating i had one young couple who loved the house but said it was out of there price rangewhat was the point of viewing.

Hi all
Called my EA this afternoon to see if anyone has shown anymore interest - he said not as yet but hes working on it. Anyway 5 mins after putting the phone down he calls me back and said he had a viewing lined up for this afternoon!!:j
The couple in question exchanged today on their property and have to be out by Friday next week, the house they were buying has fallen through so they are now on the hunt again and are in a fantastic position
Anyway, they have been and gone and they said they loved the place, my other half even recognised the woman as we walk the dog in the same woods she walks hers and our dog always runs off with hers! But they seem to really like it and heres hoping i get a phonecall soon to say we have an offer!
Pleaseeeeeeeeee let it be this time!!!

It does sound pretty promising, lets hope so eh!!
They said they would be staying with her mum from Friday and they asked if we had found somewhere which we have and the people we want to buy from are buying a repo so no chain at all really!
