Welcome back Lisa, and congratulations, I was wondering if the baby had come early.
Still no sale here, and have reduced the price again and cant really drop any more without being ridiculously lower than the competition. Buyers seem to be so airy fairy at the moment.
I am on to viewing 13 this weekend, unlucky for some! Two viewings booked in for tomorrow so far.
Did the lady that was interested in yours come back to you at all with an increased offer?
    You moving to Kent soon?
Had some feedback from the viewers yesterday, they are not sure about the location, apparently.

    thanks pawpurrs :j

the lady never upped her offer.... but we have since had other viewings, the last one was on wednesday and is looking promising, a cash buyer, no chain for them or us and loved it, just had a couple other viewings lined up, but they said ours was their favourite s far.

at least the viewings are coming in now..... it's just a matter of time for us all now really
  • I'm just considering putting our house on the market to downsize.

We have a 5 double bed terraced house and there's just two of us now. It would be nice to see some of our mortgage disappear!

    Am I mad?

    Pawpurrs x ;)

What sort of feedback have you had? Every viewer brings the hope that they will be the one to buy IYSWIM, its very frustratating.

Afternoon all, my viewing yesterday seemed to go well, the people were very intrested in the house but were a little dissapointed it was it wasnt as large as it appears in the photo?
Which is an odd thing to say as all the measurements are on the web and brochure.
They told the EA they were viewing another couple of properties but they may put an offer on my property shortly as its the front runner.

Fingers crossed, but i wont hold my breath :D :rotfl:

the feedback back has been excellent on all my viewings and you can't help but think 'this could be it!', it's very hard not to daydream after every viewing....

No nailbiting. We have been in this position three

As we shall be in Somerset for at least another 7 or 8 months, we are still able to jump either side of the Severn Bridge when the time comes.

    Awwww Dave,

    Don't do it:eek:

    Nothings that bad;)

I'm usually good at spotting the daft things I/people say, but that one got through! Don't worry, I suffer from vertigo, even on a step-ladder.
