Met with the builder regarding the new build, he has brought his figure up for our houses and has included more free stuff in with his offer.

Have an appointment tomorrow with my mortgage adviser, looks like this will be our best option. Had another look around the house and it is lovely-very strange I don't normally like new builds.

Willl keep you posted, good luck all.

Whats the deal now then mish, did he come up much? Sounds like an easy way to offload them, and at least you can tie it all up together, with no more stress trying to sell. Will he be trying to sell yours while you are still living in it?

Well he has raised what he will give us by 15k, he thinks he will rent the houses out for a year or two.

Still not sure of the maths or if it will work. Maths makes my head hurt I will leave that to my financial adviser.

    Good luck Hun.

Funny what you said about that reading, I had forgotten I went along with my Mum about 2 years ago (Mum likes that stuff I am a bit wary). She told me I would be moving and the deal would be done in the 10th month that things would all happen quickly, she actually described the house and location and said it would not be the kind of house I would normally choose. Remembering it know it is spookily accurate if this thing comes off.

Things are beginning to move for us now, and fingers crossed that things will be finalised very soon. Our offer was upped to £92,500, and we initially rejected it, but then I discovered that the house we are wanting had been put on the market, the company was supposed to be holding it for us. But when they putthe house on the market they put it on at offers over £119k (it had been fixed at £139k) so we quickly put in an offer of £130k and have accepted the £92,500 on our house, so it has been all go here today, and very stressful. We have said that the missives have to be signed within 7 days, so we should have it secured soon I hope! I'm keeping my fingers well and truly crossed!

Monday's promising viewing is looking good, they came back for a chat and brought 2 of their kids this evening. They won't be able to do anything until after xmas, which is fine by us, but they really want the house and are trying not to get too excited as they are also aware nothing is cut and dried until exchange. They said they will offer the asking price which is great as we weren't expecting to get that.

No viewings booked in here yet. Went to see a clairvoyant and she picked up that I was trying to sell my house, and said I would get a buyer soon, and not to reduce too

I've thanked both Paws for that post and you for bringing it to my attention.
