I have just reduced my price to the lowest I want to accept, and with that the EA is going to put a big editorial in the paper this weekend, so fingers crossed.

Well, it's good to hear that you have an EA who's willing to back you for taking a risk. He's probably got loads of others who are still sitting on the fence.

At least you will know that you have given it your best shot at the right time. Let us know if you approve of what he/she does in the paper!

Had a promising short notice viewing yesterday, but again won't get too excited - I'll leave that for the day I get the keys to our new house. Hope the price drop gets you a few more viewings Pawpurrs, it should do.

Finally after 4 weeks with nothing we had some viewers last night, and amazingly they put an offer in this morning! Unfortunately it is quite a bit lower than we were asking, £90k rather than £97k, we haven't accepted and are going to say the lowest we can go is £95k, which is what our solicitor recommended, so fingers crossed. Putting it on ebay was fun although we haven't had any emails about it, but there have been over 100 viewers and someone did watch it for a while!

good luck waiting around to see if youv got an offer is torture. just make sure that when you accept her offer you keep pushing things forward if shes laid back she might take ages to complete.

    Lisa how are you doing?
No viewings booked in here yet. Went to see a clairvoyant and she picked up that I was trying to sell my house, and said I would get a buyer soon, and not to reduce too much, as there was someone out there who would pay the new asking price:eek:
She also picked up other things that were amazingly accurate! I gave nothing away so it was truly amazing!
