Happy Birthday Pawpurrs...I hope you get the best present ....a buyer! you do seem to have a steady flow of viewers which has to be good !

My failed buyers both lost (or their buyers lost0 mortgage offers ....quite some time ago now. All my recent viewers have had mortgages already 'in place' so been more hopeful.

Problem now is that everything in my price range ..... not a lot! seems to have sold.....and none of the agents are saying they have new ones coming up !

How did the viewing go pawpurrs?

Best of luck to those with viewings.

Viewing no 1 Ea Has left two messages, no reply.
Viewing no 2 Loved the house BUT........ too far from London and too open plan, doors could be put back easily, they are in the loft, and you would have thought you would think about comuting times before boring people by viewing  Still never mind NEXT............

Off out for dinner tonight. Have only had one of Willys Delectable chocolate bars this Easter and I have to say it was Lovely!

Just had a look on RM and loads of stuff in my saved list has gone SSTC in the last couple of days, so looks like there is a definate spring bounch on.
Some of the stuff has been on the market a fair while.
Hope some of you have some offers this weekend.

    Congraulations on getting a buyer.
I'm going to have to buy new curtains because his curtains cost us nearly £400 so we don't want to leave them. <..> I will look for cheap replacements for, as they were all several hundred £ a pair. Hopefully we'll be on the market in the next week or so (well I guess we'll have to wait for the HIP to be done first.)
Hi Shirlgirl, good luck with putting the house on the market. On the curtains, you could consider just excluding them from the sale rather than spending extra money on ones you're only going to leave. You can specify that they're not included on the fixtures and fittings form. I am only leaving specific blinds and curtains that won't fit our new house but am taking the others and our vendor is leaving none.
