    Hi All,

Excellent news Pawpurrs - good luck.

All 3 viewings went quite well at the weekend. Managed to get them all in and out in time 10:30, 11:00 and 11:15 without rushing them as well. It's only a 2-bedroom house so doesn't take much looking around.

Just waiting for feedback now or perhaps an offer!

My fingers are crossed for you pawpurrs. I have been following this thread for ages and hoping you would get some good news soon.
  • Has anyone used incentives to sell their home? I read that some people have offered cars, caravans and even season tickets as part of the deal. It seems like an American idea rather than a British one but I might be wrong. The article was on how to sell your house in a recession. If so how would you go about doing it, just whisper in their ear the viewing.."fancy a caravan?"
