Well they dint show up, how annoyingly rude is that, they had only booked it in an hour before. Even if you did a drive by and thought nope, I would go i n even if for a quick look....... Honestly GRRRRR GRRRRRRR and GRRRRRRRRRr

    Very rude.

It is annoying isn't it? You put everything on hold for an hour or so, (and in my case, the children get farmed out so the house is peaceful!) and they don't have the decencey (sp?) to turn up.

Hope you have better luck over the weekend.

We never did find out why the viewers booked for lask weekend didn't turn up, but they'd booked to view another property that they didn't show for either.

Fingers crossed for everyone's viewings over the weekend.

I love giving home made gifts, which one of my children would you like? :D :A :D

Sorry to hear that. Why didn't they do a drive by before booking a viewing?

LOL at this, our buyers haven't seen our kids yet even being here twice, if there wasn't the obvious 'kids bedroom', I'm sure they'd think we'd invented them.:D

Not posted for ages! well have sold our house stc. Am over the moon:j house went on market middle of Nov and sold 2 weeks ago. I feel for all of you still awaiting a buyer I have never sold before and hated every second of it getting the house to showroom condition for mostly time wasters and no shows!!. In total I think we had around 10 viewings with one 2nd viewing (they didn't make the offer). We are selling to first time buyers and have had an offer on an inheritance property accepted so it's sat empty awaiting us to move in!.
I have everything crossed very tightly that it all goes okay.
Good luck to all hope you get good news soon.

Well both viewings showed up, so thats a start :D
Both OOOOOD and ARRRRRRREDDDDD about the house.
But as I well know that means nothing!
But the first couple seemed a bit misty eyed or maybe they allways look like that :rotfl:
Any way nought I can do about it, what will be, will be!
    Time will tell.
At least it makes me feel a bit better to have some viewings, after the drought recently.
Hope all is well with everyone, Hope your viewings went well Mark.
