im sooo peeved off !! 2pm viewing CANCELED !!!

thats a total of 4 canceled in 2 weeks not impressed.

2pm came and im keeping an eye out from upstairs 2:10pm a car speeds up and screeches to a halt outside then a man sits in his car for a few min's before knocking my door. It was the ea (late) he said as he pulled up his phone rang to say the viewer had canceled ... great !!

My 1 year old daughter is poorly so the last thing i needed was to bed cleaning the house from top to bottom i needed to spend my time looking after her. arghhhhhh

The viewer only made the appointment at 11am this morning !

i could scream !

Charlotte I feel for you!! We've had late and cancelled viewings (we also have a little one) and it is infuriating. I know it's a 'buyer's market' but that shouldn't mean common courtesy goes out the window!!!!

That has happened to me in the past, I spent 2 hours blitzing the flat...and then had to go for a walk in freezing weather, as Estate Agent suggest I wasn't there...as it makes flat look bigger...less people.:rolleyes:........and during my walk, I got a call from the EA that they hadn't turned up......not amused. :rolleyes:

Sorry to hear your viewer didnt turn up, its very annoying when that happens.
Went to the Gym today and one of my Gym buddies has sold, allbeit at less than they paid 7 years ago :eek:
The nearest town is seeing Huge price drops, but the houses in surrounding villages are just not dropping..........Yet! But they will have to, think I will reduce again soon, hubby does not want to.
How is everyone else doing, have viewings increased again yet?

Just wanted to say WOW! My thread has 1100 odd replies! Can I just say thanks to you all for contributing, as it really has helped! And I just hope we all get there eventually and that it all works out ok for us all.

Here we go again ...

viewing booked for 5:30pm ( not inconvenient with 4 kids and dp to feed now is it :rolleyes2 but its not like i can turn them away!) i really hope this one turns up too it cant be 5 out of 5 cancellations can it ? :rotfl: is that a record ? lol

On a plus side i did all the house yesterday so it just 30min of hiding potties, putting the throw on my bed and burning some fragrance oil

Wish me luck .. again lol

I'd of agreed with you but were on the market with 4 ea's and the 5 viewings we have had booked have been over 3 ea's.

The ones that are coming today i could hear on sitting with the ea's they were saying something like " we can do either 5:30 or 6pm we dont mind " so im quite hopeful that these will turn up
