Every year I get sucked into buying from Boots so I just want to remind people that:

    25.50 on a 75 spend is 25% off NOT a third.

You have to spend 100.50 to get the 25.50 off. I hope that makes any sense. I have found things so cheap in the sales everyone keeps having so it is worth keeping your eyes peeled for them if you're going for toys.

Ill do the maths you do the pizza :D

yep yep I agree, the 75% sale is good in January, but when there is offer of the week at half price and 342, some good deals to be had.

    Rigght...I'm being totally thick but why isn't £25.50 a third of £75 ?! LOL!!! I'll get the pizza :D

Ahh see this is why I said it because for years I was working it out wrong.

    You spend 75 pounds
    You spend 25.50 (in points)
    total spent: 100.50
    total free: 25.50 = 25%ish

Totally agree with you on the half price and 3 for 2 it is a BARGAIN but was just saying.. I got totally stung on the toys because they are overpriced for most things at boots and alot of things I bought would have been cheaper now in the sales that amazon and woolworths keep having (you know like 25% off etc)
