My reindeer is something I saw and fell in love with 2 months ago. OMG he is beautiful. He is like animatronic and moves his head up and down and blinks like a lickle baby. Can you tell I am unhealthily in love with him??

Where did you get him from?? I tried searching on google but no luck!!

I think I'm falling for him too (lock your doors and windows and put on the burglar alarm!!)

Mel, Im loving your dec's, your tree looks amazing, why does mine always look like I threw the trimmings at it

Cant wait to put mine up, I wait until December otherwise the excitement would be just too much for the kids (and me!!) plus I have to buy new stuff this year. Im going to pick a few bits up in the morning :j

  • Good Morning Everyone

Well I didn't manage all my list for the weekend (Shame one me....:o )

Love your tree and dec's Mel, and your lovely scrap book too.

I still have my tree in a big white box in the porch, kids are driving me mad over it (not the tree I should add but the box, as it is big enough for them both to stand in they want it NOW!!! so they can make a Tardis with it  ...............I shouldn't have bothered buying them anything this year, should just have gone round collecting empty boxes LOL :rotfl: )

Well I gave up on my list yesterday and went shopping, Got some lovely large black, red and white Flowers and two black and white vases for my kitchen in B&M's, it was so nice walking round wacthing people shouting at OH's "Should we get this for so and so?" or "Who else we got to buy for now?" (sorry anyone who's not finished shopping yet, but it just felt so good knowing that all mine was done and wrapped), Then my lovely mum dragged me (Kicking and screaming :rotfl: ) to Costco, oh how lovely some of the decorations were, I wanted all of them, especially the woodland Santa he was sooooooooooooooo cute!!!! I did get a big ceramic Jelly Baby jar full of jelly baby, the jar is shaped like a jelly baby it is so cute.

Anyway I really must get on today, Main jobs today are:

    1. CUPS OF COFFEE (Keep em coming all day LOL)
    2. Finish putting Washing Away
    3. 4 bags to charity shop
    4. Shopping for Party (Home bargins)
    5. E.mail Council to remove my old chest freezer
    6. Take bags of boxes into nursery

Thats it for today, and any others I can manage to cross off the main list.

Hope everyone has a nice Day

    Take care

hi natzini - welcome! you'll be organised in a jiffy after reading this thread :D

sarahf - cardboard box shopping sounds just right for kids - they always love the boxes!!!

Made a few cards last night, only got about 18 more to make now  I'm working on the basis of making 3-4 per night - really simple designs, and I'll be sorted by December.

Got to be good today and only pop on MSE as I have LOADS of work on :( it really does get in the way of chatting and buying bargains :D have a good day!!

HAd a good Christmassy weekend. Bought a ncie Santa outfit for my son in the 99p stores near me - he won't take it off! Lol. And put my bath salts into jars, sourced some more pressies and generally planned things. Tried to find some nice but cheap candles to go in pamper hampers but no luck there (can't bear smelly ones that smell cheap, which they nearly all do...). Onward and christmas-wards!

Oooh, how could I forget? Made the CHristmas cake yesterday (yes, I know it's late, but it'll be just fine). Smelt DELICIOUS In the kitchen. I have the best sherry as well, the one Nigella is raving about in her new book, Pedro Ximinez. It's like drinking liquid treacle toffee, as Mr 999 said in between gulps to 'test' it...

I need to do some sort of exercise too :( but it won't happen cos I'm rubbish!! Having the worst day and its only 10.23am :( I clicked 'delete' as I was copying loads of files on the PC. They have completely vanished, so all work I've done since 8am, and allthe work I stayed up doing on Friday night has vanished into the black hole that is the computer  not in recycle bin, not able to paste, nowhere on the pc at all, completely gone:eek: Attempting to stay calm but I'm reaaaaaaaaaly annoyed!! Even the xmas choons aren't cheering me up...Boots.com MAY HAVE TO cheer me up later :D :rotfl:
