Where did you get him from?? I tried searching on google but no luck!!
I think I'm falling for him too (lock your doors and windows and put on the burglar alarm!!)
HAHAH!!! That made me really laugh. I got him from Hootys, my local warehouse. Do you have one by you? Perhaps they have got him in. I have GOT to take some video of him and upload it he is my baby!! The kids kneel down and stroke him really gently because I told them this is Santas baby reindeer and we have got to look after him.:A:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -

My hubbie has been busy this year buying the grolier disney ornaments on ebay and he got them out to show his mother tonight and she was NOT impressed - he was really huffed so I think I'll take a photo of our tree when it's up and post it here so he can see that some people will appreciate his dec's - we have all sorts from ranging from jack skellington, stitch, mickey, woody and tinkerbell, and many more.
Hubbie is going to do some wrapping tonight while I write and make cards.
Did you see my jack skellingtons and tinkerbells dotted on the tree? Every year it is tradition that we all pick a bauble from the disney shop :T I would love to see your baubles they sound lovely!! Your MIL doesn't know what she is on about:rotfl::xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -
pink lady mel = decorations are GORGEOUS!! Book is ever more GORGEOUSER!!! How did you make the book? Is it a 6x6 or just made from card AND AND AND...where do you get your letterings from - this is the thing I struggle with most! AND..... I have stamped 'HMV' on our Quidco Bingo card today hurrah! we're off the mark!
eBay is doing well so I am very happy about that tonight, bought a few birthday and xmas presents today, ordered a bit more off the net so hopefully I am on the way to being sorted by Dec 1st
Did you see where I wrote this bit:
"The christmas Journal was a making memories book (from Hobbycraft) painted white. It is 8x8 and has pages already in there instead of protectors. It is post bound. What you need to consider is that you will be making a page every single day and some days get really busy in the run up to christmas. What size do you feel happy working in? What do you think you can manage? Start off a little box of christmas stash so you have it all right to hand every night. You might be suprised how much you already have"
The book was already pre-made and I painted it and made it pretty. I suppose you could get a nice one from poundland and jazz it up or look online at the pretties OoOooMy letterings are American Crafts thickers. I love them!! They are like thick stickers (hence the name) they cost about 2-3 pounds a pack but I bought mine from QVC and they was about 13 packs for 12 pounds. I can't recommend them enough. Mine were white so I inked them and put glitter snow on top.
HTH tartster
I shopped at tesco yesterday and then saw it isn't on our bingo card..

we do have tesco!!! yee haww! 5th row down!
Did it track?? I think its going to be hard to do the card, but we can try
Didn't see that extra bit about where the book is from. It is really very nice!! The problem I have with lettering is that there are always loads of the rubbish letters, and not enough of the normal ones!!! (like AEIOU!) I have tons of peeloffs covered with Q and Z!!
I don't think I'll get enough time to do a page a day BUT I do have a nice 8x8 album that I've no idea what to do with, so it does seem somewhat rude not to make a page a week for thatand I suppose if you did happen to post your page pics here, we could see the sort of prompts you were getting!
In other crafty news, I made some Pinkladymel inspired Christmas cards last night! The 'let it snow' cards on your blog!! Mines are all in blue and nowhere near as pretty as yours but they are very different to the usual cards I make, so I thank you for your good idea

I need to do some sort of exercise too
but it won't happen cos I'm rubbish!! Having the worst day and its only 10.23am
I clicked 'delete' as I was copying loads of files on the PC. They have completely vanished, so all work I've done since 8am, and allthe work I stayed up doing on Friday night has vanished into the black hole that is the computer  not in recycle bin, not able to paste, nowhere on the pc at all, completely gone:eek: Attempting to stay calm but I'm reaaaaaaaaaly annoyed!! Even the xmas choons aren't cheering me up...Boots.com MAY HAVE TO cheer me up later
