  • You can download the panasonic breadmaker manual here

There's a page of gluten free recipes (p11)
  • Dove's farm do a gluten and wheat free bread flour mix which is good.

I like to make it and add in some chopped up sun blush tomatoes and use the oil they come in to add more flavour.

  • you can use soya flour or gluten free flour that you can pick up in any health food shop beware though the results are not always good because bread needs the gluten in flour to get a good rise. There are a couple of tricks that you could use
    use soda water
    use a vitamin c tablet
    Hope this helps

Just wondered where the cheapest Seville oranges are this year.
OH picked some up for me in Sainsbury yesterday and they were £2.99 for 1.5kg (yes expensive I know but I hadn't had chance to search around). Today I visited the fabulous fruit stall near work and got 2lb for £1 (£1 for 0.91kg), I love the fact that you can still buy in lbs from them as I can never eyeball a kilo of something.

So how much has everyone else paid? :D
  • 19p per lb, but if you buy lots they'll give you a 'better' deal.:j I'm frantically hunting round for jars because my husband has a habit of binning ones I'm saving.
May all your dots fall silently to the ground.

  • Hi LilacLillie, let us know if it works please!
  • I have tried but it isn't always successfull, I find that if you just use the dough setting and Carbonated water it works better
