    Hi,

I have done a quick search and can't find anything for the above. I have a Morphy Richards 48285 and am looking for any tried and tested wheat free bread recipes.

Also, if you have tried one of the shop bought wheat free bread mixes I'd be grateful of any recommendations.

    Thanks.

I don't have any experience myself to draw on, but this book has good reviews and sounds as though it might be what you are looking for:

  • There's a thread of wheat free bread here :)

You can replace wheat with spelt flour, but this needs very little working, so won;t be suitable for a BM.

I'll add this to the above thread later to keep ideas together.

Take your pick :D (I'll merge this later).

    I like Delia's recipe.

I love hm seville orange marmalade. I made 24 lb today and will do the same tomorrow.
  • OMG DH and I would take years to eat that much, especially when I am on the Atkins diet lol
  • The marmalade I made this weeks tasted lovely, but it would not set. I even re boiled it with a bottle of pectin. I followed the recipe on the seville orange bag having never made marmalade before though I have made lots of jam. I should have followed my own instincts that the quantitiy of juice was too high for the amount of sugar. 1 and a half kg of oranges and 4 litres of water and 3 kg of sugar. It seems to set to just about spreadable in the fridge.
Will it still keep as it is not properly set?
