My GF asked for her MAC today as they couldn't better a deal offered by Tmobile. If we were to sign up before we switch her mobile contract would we receive the discounted customer rate, or would they cotton on???

    T&C's say:

4.1If you’re an O2 Pay Monthly customer and your O2 Pay Monthly contract is terminated for any reason or if you port to another mobile provider, you are no longer eligible for the Home Broadband discount and will automatically be charged the standard price for your O2 Home Broadband Package from the date of termination of your O2 Pay Monthly contract or porting to another mobile provider.
    Waddle you do eh?

Remember you can still o2 mobile PAYG to get a MARGINAL discount on o2 Home BB as you have to top up a min of £10/quarter to get the £5/m discount, so cost/benefit over each year:
    Cost: 4 x £10 o2 mobile topups = £40 cash spent
Saving: 12 x £5/m discounted sub = £60 cash saved, so £20 ahead so far
Phone credit: 4 x £10 (at least, probably +10% bonus or too) = £40 mobile credit to spend on whatever calls/txts/etc (and still £20 in pocket)

They don't have an expiry date (it is still available at time of posting!), but it does say at topcashback that their £60 offer expires 7/12/08.

    Hi All,

I am due to be connected with BT on the 3rd Dec and want to sign up for O2 broadband via Quidco or Topcashback.

On Quidco it states that the £60 is for the 'Standard' Broadband (8 Meg) yet reading some of the comments on the 'TopCashBack' site, people have suggested that they have taken out the higher 'Premium' and 'Ultimate' Broadband and still received the £60 cashback.

Can anyone confirm this to be true (cashback on any of the O2 broadband packages)

Sorry if this has been mentioned earlier.

    Cheers.
