I'm finally home. DH has had to stay in hospital. He apparently has celulitus (sp). He has been given IV antibiotic. They are supposed to be draining the large blisters on his leg but haven't got round to it yet.
He is also laying on a trolley with no pillows or anything because they can't find him a bed. They did miraculously find a bed for the herion addict from the prison though who didn't have to wait in the queue at all

(((Hugs))) to you PenPin. Thinking of you; it must have been a shock to be told but it sounds as though they won't keep you waiting too long.

Beth - that's fantastic news - (((hugs))) to you all.

To all the Mums, Nans and Grans - I'm so glad all the LOs are enjoying school!

Sammyjig - I'm glad they've found out what it is. Hope they find him the bed he deserves (they should kick the heroin addict out of his undeserved one - what a cheek!) and get on with the treatment.

    (((Hugs))) to Ivyleaf.

Well, off for a bath. See you all later.

Happy anniversary to Lord and Ladygrim

My new class are slowly beginning to shape up. Well, they're beginning to put down their pencils when I ask them too. :D Bless them :D

I went to a Jazzercise class for the first time last night. It was really good and I think that I'll be going again next week. Glutton for punishment, that's me!!

    Take care all.

  • Thanks Guys!

I really appreciate the concern and hugs.

We have just had a text message to say that DD's headmaster has handed in his resignation and will be leaving by Christmas. DD is gutted as he is a great headteacher and all the children love him. He has just been offered the job of headteacher at a new school which is opening in January 2009.

    Thanks again.
