Evening friends, I have sped read through and needed to press thanks buttons because if it wasn't for you lot I wouldn't be here and be able to share highs and lows. So many are having lows at the momment so forgive me if I want to share my high,,,,, :j
DD2 had her first scan and drove straight over to show me the pics of a beautifuly formed 3mth little babe. I thank God she is not having twins as SiL 2b is a twin and his twin has had twins. IYKWIM. I am so thrilled, happy and overjoyed. DD2 has had probs in the nether regions and was told it would be 50/50 chance of having children. I wept with joy. :o

Hugs and hugs to all of you.x
  • Evening Guys!

Only a quickie just to say that I have to have a hysterectomy. I have to meet with the top man as there will be many factors to take into consideration, but they are hoping it can be done in the next few weeks. Because of current medication they will have to leave a small bit of my ovary as I cant have oestrogen (sp). I am a little shocked and feel abit numb TBH. I am only 33. I dont want to go into why I have to have it but I thought that it wouldnt come to this as one of my ovaries were taken a few weeks back.

The consultant said I would be admitted for around 2 weeks or a little longer depending on whether any other of my medical problems kick off!

It doesnt rain in my house....it pours!!

    PP
    xx

PENPIN, You must be in shock even though you knew it could be a possability that the op would have to be done. I don't know what to say apart from Please don't dispare, you have been so strong for such a long time, I expect you thought you had to be for your family. Now you just have to be strong for yourself. My Mum had the op when she was 34, for differant reasons but it had to be done, and she has never regreted it.
Take care Penpin, your friends are here for you 24/7. Hugs and thoughts xx
SMOKY AND SMOKLETS, Thinking of you and am amazed at the strength you show. (((((hugs))))))

I wish I could have done but I was busy keeping dd semi-upright. I had to make do with alot of words you shouldnt say infront of a 3 year old.

Pen-Pin: I'm so sorry that you have to have more surgery. Try and stay positive. Lots of ((((hugs)))) to you and your lovely family.
