    I also rang them yesterday (2nd) as I hadn't received my voucher code by 28th and was told I would get it within two weeks. I said it was a good job it was Lent!!

    As soon as I get the wine, I will be closing my account straight away as I think their service is appalling. I have sent secure messages and they take so long to reply (unlike egg).

    I bank with Alliance & Leicester and it would have to take more than 12 bottles of wine to get me to move away from them.

    I think they should change their name to Frown :confused:

    Still nothing. I was told on the phone last week that I'd get something at the latest by the start of this week. I'll phone again tomorrow if nothing.
    My wife and I are due the referal wine next week. Has anybody received that successfully?

    I've just received my voucher and should get my wine within one week - will then close my Smile account :j

    That's TWO results this week (Barlcay's also sorted :) ... just LASTMINUTE to sort now! At least I got the ones that are really worth having :beer: )

    We've sent quite a few secure messages but to no avail. Glad some folk have been lucky enough to get vouchers - did you have to natter them or did they just send them through later than expected? I was thinking of transferring over to them altogether but they can knickers now. :rolleyes:

    Still got fingers crossed for Barclays £100 incentive, but I bet they're not very quick on the draw, either. !!!!!!s, eh. :naughty: Lucy

    I had to send four secure messages and rang them once - so yes it looks like you have to keep on at them.

    After a phone call to Smile a couple of weeks ago who said it would be passed on to a manager to check I had qualified, my voucher arrived today by email - I can't wait!

    Just the OH's voucher and my 2nd voucher to wait for now - she hopefully qualified, as I invited her as a "friend" to open an account. If this is accepted then I also get a crate for inviting her - all from an email from Smile in January. :love:
