Got my £50 voucher - at last!
Went to Vigrin Wines andthe Smile £50 case is...... Sold Out! Next case up is £65 and then £83.

So much for free wine!

Had mine last noght too! Just ordered the mixed £50 case. WE are due 2 more vouchers next week and so might go for something else then.

How do you know you are getting them? I put my referal link up on the referals board but not sure if anyone too it.

My 2 due next week are reccomend a friend but the friend here is my wife! IS really one case for her and 1one for me. They are due within 4 weeks of the £1500 deposit (which in this case I know the date of). They would talk to me on the phone about it though - said my wife would have to ask. If we don't get the emails next week then she'll chase it up.

Is the wine delivered on an arranged day or anytime in the next 7??

I think it said anytime in the next 7 but I think you can track it with your order number.

Also you could say to have it delivered to a neighbour or in porch if you were out.

Yes. I also thought it said to supply phone number for organising delivery?? Maybe they phone on the morning before delivery?

It's just arrived - left in the porch as requested (I was in the bath!)

Interesting to see we're not the only ones for whom the end of February deadline has been and gone with no voucher... better get on the phone again I suppose :wall: I was really looking forward to getting my ethical, good customer service smile account and have found it all a bit disappointing so far. Our account was open and credited back in early November.
