    spoke to Paul who cliams that vouchers are still being sent out toniught so I could receive it. I stated that they would be in breach of T&C's if I did not receive it by midnight and he has promised to phone me tomorrow to check whether I got it.

    I won't hold my breath but WILL take it further
    I haven't got one!

    I didn't want to push the Terms and Conditions bit cos it says smile has the right to withdraw the offer at any time :eek:

    Hopefully we will get them tonight then

    (and Virgin wines will have sold out of everything tomorrow :D)

    Yes but I don't think they can withdraw it after you have been accepted... i.e. they have to honour it! (That would hardly be "ethical" from the "ethical bank")

    Found this number which seems to let you through

    0161 477 1927

    Go through after 10 mins and they said I was eligible and they would advise the responsible department. I could not speak to this dept. Should get code before end of week.

    I don't understand all this "advise the responsible department" stuff. Surely they know all the account eligable. It's not that difficult to filter all the accounts opened between certain dates and with a deposit of at least £1500. I think it's just a stalling tactic.
