    I thought about coming on this thread this morning saying I'd got my voucher and telling everyone else they had missed out. But then I thought that wouldn't be nice.

    And then I though again about doing it. But then I didn't.

    I am still waiting for my wine and opened the account at the start of this promotion.
    After many emails and accusing them this is probably a scam I am still waiting.

    However have just had a email apologising and I should receive my voucher in two weeks. Personally I think it is bl...dy disgusting as I opened the account on the 21st November and I hear others have already received their vouchers.

    When you say just had an email, do you mean today?

    What is their problem? It's a code they send out by email. It's not so difficult!

    Spoke to customer call-centre operative and escalated to manager.

    Just finished on the phone with some miserable excuse for a manager, says he can rectify the problem by getting me an e-mail sent within 4-5 days.

    Escalated again, promised a callback, we shall see !





    I'll make a mountain out of this molehill, yet.
    Just for one moment, thought I'd found my way.

    Can anyone advise the best number to phone to find out what is happening. Can we now transfer the money/close account.
