            I thought about coming on this thread this morning saying I'd got my voucher and telling everyone else they had missed out. But then I thought that wouldn't be nice.
 And then I though again about doing it. But then I didn't. 0 0

            I am still waiting for my wine and opened the account at the start of this promotion.
 After many emails and accusing them this is probably a scam I am still waiting.
 However have just had a email apologising and I should receive my voucher in two weeks. Personally I think it is bl...dy disgusting as I opened the account on the 21st November and I hear others have already received their vouchers.0

 What is their problem? It's a code they send out by email. It's not so difficult!0

 Spoke to customer call-centre operative and escalated to manager.
 Just finished on the phone with some miserable excuse for a manager, says he can rectify the problem by getting me an e-mail sent within 4-5 days.
 Escalated again, promised a callback, we shall see !
