No, should be automatic but haven't received mine either. It's in the form of a voucher I think which you can the redeem but you will have to pay £4.99 for delivery
    I haven't got one!

They will send you an email with a £50 voucher code for virgin wines (I know becuase my girlfriend already got hers, but I'm still waiting).

They have a £50 Smile case which you can use the voucher for and just pay £4.99 delivery yourself, or you can use the voucher towards some (but not all) of the other mixed cases.

I can see something funny might happen on the virgin wines website come 28th feb when I'm guessing smile are delaying sending out the vouchers for. I reckon virgin might say you can only use vouchers on cases costing £90 or more.
  • I received 2 of these vouchers as 2 friends opened accounts. But i can't enter 2 voucher codes on virgin site. T & C's of your offer said £4.99 delivery, not £4.99 delivery per 12 bottles. Anyone know if i can order 2 cases for 1 delivery charge?

Virgin wines only let you use one voucher per order - so the only way to get 2 cases for one deliver charge is to pay for one of the cases yourself.

T&C did say free case of wine, £4.99 delivery so I think they are covered.

Any further developments? Will we be getting our vouchers via email or mail?
  • You get them by email - they are a code you put into the virgin wines website.

But I'm guessing since 28th Feb is the last day they can send out the vouchers, that's when we'll be getting them.

I got a secure message from Smile saying the voucher will be sent by email before 28th Feb. Everybody on here better not buy the wine I want before I get a chance! :p

Virgin have stopped doing the case I wanted :( Plus their delivery has gone up to £5.99.

They got a well nice looking case for £103, but it's a bit extravigent (especially when I've got 30 bottles at home waiting to be drunk).
