I applied on the 30/11/2005, but my account has not yet been activated, I'm still in the process of sending ID.
I'm still in the running for the wine, aren't I?0 -
Has anyone received their wine yet?
Opened my account 19th November and still waiting0 -
I'm still waiting.Stercus accidit0

I've just called them. The voucher codes will be sent out by the 28th Feb !!!
I asked why it was taking so long (i'd opened and credited my account late November) and they said they 'want to make sure that we send out the right codes and this is taking a little longer - it was a very popular offer'
I think another month with there hands on our money is their real reason0 -

I've opened an account with smile and am currently awaiting for the wine.
I've have now also received an email from Smile stating that if I can recommend any of my friends to open a Smile account then we will both get 12 botles of each. Same conditions as before, new customer has to deposit £1500 within 8 weeks of opening account.
So if anybody out there missed out on the original offer, let me know and I'll forward you the necessary details. Upto 3 friens can apply.

Yes I've had that e-mail too, which I consider to be very cheeky considering I've not heard a thing about MY wine despite opening the a/c 6 weeks ago..
No reponse to my secure message to them about this either. For a company that prides itself on it's customer care, I am far from impressed.
Prospective customers should also note that they have just reduced their interest rates to 3%.0 -

What do you mean? You don't need to leave the money in the account, just credit the smile account with the £1500 then move it straight back out to savings account again. That's all the T&Cs state is necessary - that's all I did and I've received my wine after applying end of November.0 -
If somebody could refer me it would be great. And if you get another get 12 bottles too, all the better.
PM me and I will let you have my details, let me know what you need.
EDIT: mr_fishbulb has sent me the referal so please don't PM me thanks Tony.0
