I applied for mine SIX WEEKS ago and no voucher as yet! How long ago did those of you who have received vouchers have to wait?

Hi catlady,

I applied begining of November and smile account was credited with the qualifying £1500 on 30 November. Voucher arrived on 19 December.

As I remember ther were 2 promotions. The first one required application by about 10 Nov and the second by about 10 Dec so I was in the first one.

Finally got reply today to say I should receive the voucher by February 28, but no explanation as to why there has been a delay !
