    Just called sky to cancel....

after 50 mins on the phone got offered 1 mix for £7.00for 3 months or sky + HD box for £99 and £30 installation

asked if they could knock the £9.50 off any other package they wouldn't budge so have proceeded with the cancellation.

Have to say I was less than impressed with the guy I spoke with he talked over me and was very rude - part of the reason I proceeded with the cancellation.

maybe useful for the 1 mix if anyone is after a deal though and they don't mind talking to the muppet I got.....

does anyone have email for anyone high(ish) up in sky?

  • am moving house myself and have all programs, and wanted to get a good deal this is what I got:-
sky + upgraded to hd, for £99 free move and install,
fastest speed broadband, 3 months free, £10 after that.
(no phone as tied into BT contract)
and took of sky sports and culture.
Also fitting old sky + box into bedroom and have multi room for £9.75.
So will be £66 per month after free broadband.
Includes all films etc. Not to shabby.:j
  • Will Sky let you change to a lower priced mix?

None of the ''say no 0870'' numbers are working now!!

I had to dial up using a 0844..........still a bit cheaper though!

I cancelled the movies...........didnt get offered anything, but cant complain, because i didnt want the movies anymore, even if they were free!
