I called sky to try and save some money, they had already given me £15.00 discount on the sky package.
They offered me a Sky + box for £49.00 with no installation fee and free line rental for a year.
Excellent service as I was really only after the sky+ box.Think it's about time the comping fairy remembered where I am! lol0 -
I really want Sky Sports but they don't seem to do any offer for that at all.
I've only just entered the contract so I suppose I have absolutely no bargaining at all.Amo L'Italia0 -
Well, spent a bit of time today trying to get a deal, but went right through to cancellations, (gave up after Id been hanging on there for 20 mins ) and as yet not got offered anything!
Will try again tomorrow- straight to cancellations this time!0 -
girlfriend just rang sky . Got through to cancellations and got offered nothing. They claimed they had scratched the installation fee on the broadband which was supposed to be £75. Even had a friend who had basic package and got a sky+ box free, but Sky claimed this would never be offered. So Am I to take it they are lying .0

Much to my suprise:
Phone sky to change my billing date and remove the Kids package from my subscription. Just before hanging up I asked how much Sports was and he said I'll just check, and also see if there are any deals. They normally just say "18 pounds" or something, with no compromise at all.
I got offered sports for £4 extra per month for 3 months. I'll phone back in January if I decide I can't afford it/don't watch it enough. To be honest I probably will as I don't think I could afford it at full price.Amo L'Italia0 -
You can choose 1 mix and pay just £3 a month for the next 3 months. I snapped his hand off!
Got this as well, would be silly not to take the offer up!So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable Christopher Reeve (1953-2004)0 -
Out Talk Talk contract expires soon (hurray!!). Do i need to get the broadband porting code from TT first before calling Sky??? If so is Sky broadband any good?0
