    Evening ladies

quick update before I do some more

Sexymouse – sorry you didn’t get the regular job. OH obviously calmed down as he sent me a ‘normal ‘ text this afternoon saying he was just going to stop for a cuppa! (and if he had been doing anything in the house I haven’t noticed it yet)

Tooti – we have one big pot so it doesn’t really matter who’s paying – except I spoke to some of the cleaners at work today who said I should expect to pay £10 per hour  so might need a rethink. Must ask embb, has anyone seen her lately. Sorry cant help you on the breadmaking except that DD and I made some bread rolls in the normal oven with the same mix as you have and they were lovely and not tough at all.

TAG – I laughed at your OH having a degree in house lazy as someone sent me a funny at work today about a new degree for men. I’ll have to try and find it tomorrow and post on here

Poohbear – hope your internet is much improved now and thanks for the comments. OH wont get any better now so I’ll just have to get used to it and have a shout every so often to get it out of my system. I really hope your DS is ok and recovers quickly, unfortunately I’ve seen some that don’t get out.

Michelle – sorry it’s a tough time for you – my DS never went through the night until he was easily 18 months old but has been an angel since, DD however was an angel and went through the night at 8 days old and every night since but has been a little b***er. It is sooo refreshing to see you with a short list but when your boys sleep take advantage and have a sleep yourself, you will feel so much better for when they are awake.

Nicki – sending Wigan vibes your way

Chunky – OMG removing the puter lead would be like facing the devil on the way to hell and back. He’s a gadget man and a nightmare beyond belief without. Isle of Man sounds like it would be lovely and you’re never too far away from someone, and of course we wont be going anywhere J. Sorry think I missed why you buying for your friend but sounds like a good haul.

Pigpen – I have often heard you mention going out collecting – I think I missed why, is it children by any chance :rotfl:

Vanilla – you’ve done well with your list. Big hugs to you for naughty kids

Boddy – sending calming vibes for you and DD

Polkadot – fingers crossed for a job offer

Ok tonight when I got in from work after the cuppa OH at made for me I got changed and roped the kids into a HHC. I had printed off each days list separately and blown them up to A3 and they chose a list each for their challenge.

    2. Fling all those empty bottles and tubes
    3. Clear a shelf.. clean it.. and make it look nice!
    4. replace any sponges, flannels, toiletries that need it

So finally something has been done - not much (and not necessarily to my standard) but better than nothing and I didnt do it all. Have since cooked tea which I need to clear away, caught up on here and chased too little scallys (aged about 10)off next doors land where they were robbing apples off the tree and lobbing them at ours and neighbours house. They think I got their photo (but the batteries were flat) so hope the little boggers dont sleep tonight with worrying.

Must go do some more :D
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

Do you have an Asda with children's trousers TAG? They will probably still be open.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Well must be off to do the dinner now. Our dinners seem to be getting later and later recently as I'm sidetracked by the thread.

Hugs to all who need or want one and I hope everyone who's been back to work today had a good day.

    Sexymouse xx

PS I've had a pyjama day today! Have just washed my face so I feel a bit more human, and will have a shower after I've had dinner, and get fresh pjs on.
