Hellooooooo
I've successfully managed to take you all with mesat in the caravan and unfortunately surrounded pretty much by mud, yuk! It's a bit 'bog like' here to say the least, winds last night were terrible, thought it was going to take the caravan and the awning! Sea view isn't bad now but peaking out this morning and being sort of cliff side was a bit scary how harsh the sea was. However not put off, been swimming this morning, kids clubs on tomorrow for DS2, see if I can get Ds1 there too (now that's mission impossible!!) Doubt I'll brave the club house this evening as bundles of studying to do.
I've done my flying for today apart from making tea/cleaning up after tea, inc vacuuming, laundry sorting, hanging out swimming stuff (well inside) so I am not slacking offSorry can't read up too much but hope you are all well xx
One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
All kiddies are showered, feed, watered and in bed.
Now gonna get the fire lit and make a start on the living room.
Mudbath well done on the appointment front.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Soappie No more noise from the chimney breast. I wont get flooded but a few towns in the county cut off. Police are stopping anyone coming up this way on the A1 north of Newcastle. Rain eased now but forecast for more.
Hope you manage to get your report finished. Enjoy your G&T.0 -

Vanilla very impressive to have all kids in bed by 6:23
Our bedroom all done and the landing (bar the boxes of stuff to go in the loft until ntc sale).
Dinner nearly ready and kids want to watch x-factor too so I'll be joining you Mudbath.
I just know as soon as we sit down to eat DS1 will ring for a lift home! The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
I was away all week so got back to a mountain of washing. It's just me - where the *heck* does it all come from? Does it breed in the basket?!
So I spent all yesterday and this morning washing. (I even did the pillows cause they were beyond yucky when I changed the bed...). Winter duvet's gone on too - it was just that bit chilly with the light summer one.
Have spent the past two days watching the rain (boy, there's been a lot of it...) but I don't mind as long as I'm not out in it. So the tumble drier's been pressed back into service - but at least I don't now have piles of damp washing adding to the general miasma round here...
Off to my parents tomorrow for a freebie Sunday lunch (lamb mmmmmmmm) and then oop north to work in Manchester for three days. Note to self : pack suitcase!
Oh...and I french manicured my nails - didn't have any of those little stickers to help get the white bits straight so I used sellotape - seems to have worked :rotfl:0 -
