How do I put that photo in so it just shows up in the thread? What did I do wrong? Or is it okay to just leave the link like that?
Greenbee I cannot thank you enough
Hi Polkadot, I can't see the pic coz I'm not a facebook member - not sure if it will work but if you click on the yellow square with the mountain and sun on it when you're in advanced, it will ask you for the url (web address) of your picture - you might be able to upload it that way - I'd love to see it.LBM April 2013 - £29,000.00Vanquis CC's PAID - Debenhams SC PAID - A+L OD PAID - Asda CC £783.75Barclaycard CC £1400.78 - BoS CC PAID - Freemans Cat PAIDF/D Loan & CC £1458.96 - Santander Loan PAID - Mum Loan PAIDRBS OD PAID - F/D OD £1026.52Weekly Grocery Challenge - £95.00 budget / spend £-0 -
Evening all,
Done n*ff all today. Feel tired and worn out.Only just done dinner.
DW on to take me feel little bit better. Need to empty WM.
Kitchen + bathroom look ok. Still needs improvement...Bedroom better with partial removal of floordrobe - more still to be done. Lounge still too cluttered. Must also finally clear stairs (am picking up something each time I go up or downstairs and that's helping!).
Right dinner, relax and early night.:ADeclutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Ive done this but it keeps just inserting the link between the "image" brackets. Any other ideas? Pigpen? Johanne? You two are always uploading pics-what am I doing wrong?0 -
Evening. Sounds like you've all been having a bit of a day. Wine, gin, beer, spirits, chocolate and cake for whoever needs it.
I've spend this evening sorting 24 overflowing shelves of books into some sort of order and have managed to part with a bin bag of books for the charity shop. All bookshelves are neat and tidy and there are spaces for new books:D . When I say new I mean 'new' to me...charity shops, book swapping etc.
Right, it's a large glass of chilled white for me...anyone else? xx0 -
:hello:
Hope everybody is ok. Not posted for a couple of days so lots of catching up to do!!!
Lil-me - great news about Matthew :j
Vanilla - congratulations :T
Pigpen - sorry interview didn't go as you'd hoped
Am sure I have missed loads of you so hugs / congrats to all who need / deserve it!
Well, I survived 2 days with my classThe children are great and settled really well but I have loads of stuff to do and things to buy or order as nobody had thought about that when I was off last term. We'll have to beg, steal or borrow for a bit until things arrive!! Oh, well!!
Hope it has gone well for all the children and teachers who went back to school this week.
I have loads of flying to do this weekend  but think I may just sleep
***hides from Pigpen v quickly!***

Soappie – I’m with you on the rant, it makes my blood boil
Chunky – that’s a lovely thing you’re doing for your friend :A
Lilme – I’m glad little matthews ok, fingers crossed for his gran
Valli – The upstairs bin was the bathroom bin which was just decanted into the kitchen bin !!!!!!
Julie – hope the migraine went away
Vanilla – Congratulations, and you told us before hubby :T
Kazwookie – hugs for you, I know what a bad week feels like but hopefully mine is on the up now :grouphug:
Cant believe how cruel people can be to animals, this morning I couldn’t even tread on a wasp that was obviously hurt, doped or something and couldn’t fly
Mrs Beatson – welcome back
Taffy – that comment “why should I have to ask” , now how many of us think that one
Polkadot – hope you’re ok, sounds like a bad day
Johanne – sending sleep vibes for you and DD
Pigpen – what a weird situation, but strop stropping like a 15yr old and go for it and knowing you, you will find nail time
Right I think I have found a system that will work.
Tonight the kids were doing their homework (or something) so I, with a little supervision from OH  , cooked tea, then afterwards we all helped empty the dishwasher, reload it, clean the kitchen and dining room :T :T :T . We did it (well me and the kids, OH sat sinking red wine and tenants super). It only took 20 mins and now we can ALL sit down and chill out. AND they love the suggestion of ditching their chore lists and instead starting Monday we will ALL (me and the kids!) do a half hour challenge on the room of the day and 15 mins in the bedroom then that’s it sit down for everyone. I love it, no more slogging we just do what we can and what doesn’t get done doesn’t get done. Fingers crossed for next week.
And now I’m going to watch Ugly Betty
See ya later
