I have revised the shopping order and have saved £5.92 this week as I got some deals and free delivery, this has gone off my total for the September Challenge and is going into the savings account as an over payment.

I have also re-read the leaflet that came with the Nurofen Plus tablets and it states that I should avoid alcoholic drink, so I am obeying what it says to be on the safe side.

    Hi hon,

sorry the hip being a pain :( , a friend of mine had the same problem as you & post op she is in great shape now & almost bounces everywhere :D .

Just a thought, but having checked through your list of chores I think 'housework' features far too highly, you definitely need to cut down on that ;) .

    Hope tomorrow's a better day

Hmmm, DH would tend to agree with that statement at the monent. He keeps nagging at me to rest my hip, so I alternate it between being on here and on Facebook playing Scrabble and then housework.

Might need to get plenty of chocolate in the house and work that into the routine too :rotfl:

I think chocolate is fairly necessary!

I like the re-jigging the shopping - it all helps.

    Hi gillypen,

I'm not too sure what I did, my lower back started hurting about 7 weeks ago, I went to see the Doctor and he put me on Diclofenac which had no effect so I got referred to see a specialist and did it through DH's health insurance through work.

It appears that I have a herniated disc but mine is so bad that I need an operation to sort it out.

    Tea
