    Secondly, both of these mis-priced items were under Featured Special section.

    Thirdly, not only Dell UK has made this error, Dell France has also got the same offer

    Fourth, if they really have mis-priced the projector, why don't they cancel all our orders and send out cancellation e-mails? its already 4 working days now, do you think Dell is that slow at responding? They can just cancel all our orders and save their hassles.

    maybe they are sorting out a decent reply to give to EVERYONE.

    they wanted to double check my credit card details... They had a big backlog of system orders for christmas so havent got round to most of the orders yet. They said I could expect to receive my projectors beginning of next week.
    How many different things have people been told, untill it actually happens is a different matter.

    I do believe Dell is considering about whether or not to honour our orders. In my opinion, if they do honour our orders they won't honour All of them.

    How could they honour some not others, would elave themselves open to all sorts of problems.

    This was another case of if our orders slip through the system great, if not (which is MOST likely) move on and find some more

    And of course while you lot are all phoning Dell, you are instantly eliminating the ridiculously slim chance you had before by highlighting your erroneous order. ::) Why not sit back, take a chill pill, and just wait and see what happens?  I think I can safely say that even if a couple of orders slip through the net, those that have phoned Dell certainly won't be getting theirs.

    I think that as soon as 1 person rings they know about the error, so its unliklely to make any difference otherwise. I didn't mention the pricing error - THEY did. I was just phoning to get the prgress of the projector.

    The number called is the web sales helpline - someone mentioned it on page 16 of this thread I think. Very friendly - even said "enjoy the rest of your day"... lol! I will if you give me the projector!!! ;)

    How long does it take, I could think of something to write in a very short time and I'm know expert at PR but the longer the response, the worst it will get, "I ordered my projector for my poor grand child, now I will not get him one in time for Xmas etc" ;)

    God knows, just like ppl saying it is a mistake, what's the proof? I guess none of us here know the truth, it just our mind is telling us that it must be a mistake.

    So? some ppl who ordered might be running their own business (very likely as well), so they have their rights to order at the business section

    still dell? huh?  ??? so why isn't this "mis-priced" error appear on Dell US? Dell Germany? Dell Italy? Dell Spain? Dell Belgium? Dell Netherlands?

    like i said, are they that slow? and if it's a mistake, they can just reply instantly saying they would not honour them because of the mis-priced error and cancel all orders, why should they leave it for almost 4 working days now?

    They are still deciding whether or not to honour them at the moment I would guess.

    I agree with what u said, so if you choose not to believe them then don't, no one forced you to.

    You can start to believe these ppl when they receive their projectors, that's ur choice.

    It is actually happening, that guy is gonna get his projector and will receive it within a week. But that's at France.

    Nothing!  ;) even if u complaint them to hell, or threaten them that u will commit sucide in front of them.

    Surely they won't honour ppl who ppl ordered 100 projectors or even 400 projectors

    They can reply to all these ppl, said that their orders have been cancelled due to an "ERROR" or simply say couldn't find their orders.
