what is discussing it going to do, will it get my projector delivered? naa,

That's actually incorrect. I ordered on the "business section", but then noticed it was also on the "Home" section and ordered again just in case they refused the 1st one. Therefore it was actually on BOTH, it's just that everyone posted links to it on the business section. Confusion sorted now? ;D

i posted earlier in the thread but for those that missed it yesterday I was offered the projector at a 20% discount while trying to chase it up though our corporate account manager.

He took my details and then called me back said he had spoken to his manager and that they would not be honoring the order becuase the price difference was just too great. He then emailed me the quotation to confirm this, I'm not at work now but I think it was £798+vat.

^^ they are probably taking so long to reply deciding on what type of reduction they'll give us.

look, the reason you getting excited is because you have been phoneing dell and getting fauls information

Think about how many call centers dell have, UK, Ireland, India, with thousands of people working for them. Ireland clearly dont have the same system as India, so dont have a clew what is going on. It the same with every large company adn goverment the right hand dosent know what the left is doing, and its too expensive to to make it happen

And its obsious that the dell system is crap you dont even have auto tracking

As soon as a manager looks at this and does a cost estimate he will offer you all a 15% discount and say sorry it was a mistake.

Same with the business acounts i think, dell know you wont switch so wont really care about !!!!!! you off
