I have only had 2 of those emails. The 1st was for projector and second for projector and printer. What about third?0 -
I got sent the same email. I wonder if those customers who got the PDF receipt received this email too?
I got a PDF and then got the misprice email too.
Oh well, another day another bargain.0 -
ok just ordered both
i would say my chances were 0%
ordered the dimension 2400 £158 deal a month ago
they sent the confirmation and the pdf they even charged my credit card they then cancelled my order and made me wait 3 weeks for a refund
this outfit is pi*s poor
SUE THEM !!!
once they took the money (consideration) a legally binding contract came into existence and as long as you didn't agree to terminating the contract there still is a straight forward case to recover your loss which is the difference in your total cost ie. including your time, to obtain the same or equivalent elsewhere and the 'refunded' amount.
the initial cost to you is the issue fee (if you are in receipt of benefits you can apply for a remmission or reduction of fees in any event the fees are added to the judgement) which is £30 for a claim upto £300, £50 upto £500, £80 upto £1000

I moved on a while back... didn't need to waste time on calls and emails...
looks like some of us cannot tak no for an answerYou'll Never Be Rich Working for Someone Else0 -
I thought they would at least honour the printers. What they would lose would surely be made up by the cost of replacement ink.0

Move on guys... do something else useful ;D0

continuing..... I often read threads backwards ;D
note the wording of the reply Dell sent
Thank you for your recent request to purchase Dell product(s). ...................................
We have not accepted and will not be processing requests made by customers to purchase products at the incorrect price. ............
And as long as they have not taken your money or confirmed acceptance they are totally within their rights to decline a offer to purchase
Please note that Dell will not be responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors.
this would cover them as long as they didn't take your money as this turns a 'offer to treat' to acceptancevBulletin getting better!0 -
I got the same email - so being a business made no difference any way. Ho hum, worth a try.
Just got this from Dell: -

Got an email for every order, about the projector and printer... We're having no luck with dell these days are we?
Bummer, but I'm sure they screw up again - hopefully we can get a bargain then!No reliance should be placed on the above.0 -
