Gameplayers, there is no point in a debate on the subject - swearing on these forums is unacceptable. There are forums where swearing is commonplace - but this is not one of them, it is a family forum.

People have told you in a nice way that it's not acceptable, as you are fairly new to these forums, and perhaps did not realise. But you have reacted by criticising them for doing so.

How hard would it be for you to refrain from swearing on the forum? If you cannot control your language, then perhaps you should just not post at all.

We as readers and posters are asked to be self-monitoring, as the Mods can't read everything. That means there are things which people can say which will be unacceptable, and I believe that you have gone too far on this occasion - and you remain aggressive in your subsequent posts.

Just one question, why are u picking on me? ???

does that make u feel better to get me ban? ???

Read the posts again, you guys are offensive to me at the first place, you guys have reported my post to the mod and trying to get me ban, is that offensive enough? ???

If you are angry with Dell, fine, email them, ring them, knock at the door.

Don't shout and swear on here! Many of us are either disappointed or angry or just accepting of not 'winning' this time. Only you seem to feel the need to be rude.

calibrax, seriously, count how many post I have sweared on, just 1 post. And ppl decided to report my posts to the mod and get me ban to show themselves worthy.

well you shouldn't have taken it personally and got angry when Dell rejected your order... the majority knew that we probably wouldn't have got it...

As far as I can see, someone only reported you after you replied aggressively to their suggestion that you should refrain from swearing.

There is a big difference between swearing in public and swearing on a forum - on the forum, your bad language gets into people's homes.

Swearing has it's place, that place is not here. Even the television doesn't allow the F word before 10pm at night.

iwas the person who first picked up on the swearing. You have said that it was only one post, I haven't checked so will just assume that is the case.

I think that instead of just saying sorry I was angry but trying to justify it you have managed to upset a few people! Why not just say' Sorry guys' and write to the mod say 'i won't do it again' and everything can be hunky-dory.

I can't see that being a problem to anyone. Then we can all move on. Cheers.

I have been through this thread and modified all the posts that contained the bad language, that people had complained about.

Also Please be nice to other moneysavers and get back to the original subject of the projector if not we may have to be forced to lock this thread.

Some people do use this site with their children so creative alternatives are appreciated for swearing.

Gameplayers. I think you need to just appologise for subjecting other people to your swearing and then continuing to justify it. Im sure it will be accepted by every one and you can all start again.
