I can see their office from here in fact and I am beaming "be nice" telepathic commands to them right now. Maybe I should try the Jedi hand wave as well "These are not the order cancellations you are looking for, move along"

someone who ordered though Dell France told me that they called him to confirm his credit card details and that his order would be with him next week

hope he's not winding me up, this originalyl came from the dell.fr website anyone else know nayone who ordered from there?

Still no more emails or pdfs. Been told an hour ago on the phone that the internet team will contact me within 4 hours. She could find one of my orders but not the other one!?

She also said she could only see an order had been placed not the details of it - what sort of system are they using!?!

Just got off the phone, the nice lady said my error had not been placed because of a discount error and i would have to place my order again

Well i just called & was told my order is fine and is going through the stages of processing, I asked when I would get it and was told within a week but they are busy. He said nothing about it being cancelled or anything
Someday dell will mess up and honour a mis-price, someday will be today (hopefully) ::)

I found the offer on sonday morning, and tried to order but
damn, DELL is not accepting SOLO, I'm new in the UK and the bank would not yet give me Switch or credit card whatsoever.
poor me, I really like the projector but like many others, cannot afford the price at normal price.

Time: 0100 ish Sunday morning

Just rang and got a very friendly indian woman. She found my order straight away. Said the following:

"Our system shows there is a pricing problem wtih this order. It is currently with the internet team who are looking into it. I have passed it on to them to "process". They will give you a ring by the end of tomorrow to explain what has happened."

I am thinking they will offer the product at a different price. Time to give up me thinks... :-/ :-[ :P >:( ::)

I don't thinbk that would cut much ice with them - imagine what the profit is on a PC, now look at the loss on a projector that is noramlly a grand selling for £20 :-(

I ordered on Sunday morning too and just rang and they told me my order had been cancelled due to an invalid email address!? Lame excuse or wot?! Blew my top and told them that cannot be correct - threatened to write to head office complaints section and received another call 10 mins later with Dell apologising and saying that the order was with the Internet team... and was not cancelled...

Just have to wait and see...
