I have just given Dell a call and also spoke to an Irish Chap called Michael McGonagall. He told me they have my order but there is a problem with processing. He will need to talk to the Internet Processing team and will give me a call back later today to provide an update.

It's a waiting game.... :-/

I just called them up and the lady said that she wasn't sure why the order hadn't gone through yet and she would email the customer care team for me and get them to call me back... lol

I've got to say I didn't believe any of you had spoken to Dell and got any sense out of them at all!!!

But I must apologise to you all.

I just spoke to a lovely Irish girl who told me she had to speak to a rep(?) to get an order number off him and phone me back with it and the order will be prosessed.

I really can't believe this at all,it's gonna be a great Christmas in my house this year!!!!!


P.S. I ordered in the early hours of Sunday

Iam so happy for you lot that hopefully the orders might be going through.

I was one on those to cheap to be real people who didnt order .

If anyones got any extra projectors if they do honor them i would be more than willing to pay extra for one.
