I called got through to customer services they state that :-

my order is available - but the internet team are currently working upon it.
The internet team will contact me. In regard the order.

It should have gone through but they did not have access to internet team process.

i ordered a projector 1am Sunday.

Just wait and see !

:-/ I just phoned they guy looked it up and did indeed say the internet procesing team is having a problem ...

BUT then he said the problem is a pricing issue and they are looking in to whether the order can proceed.

Yesterday I rang and think I spoke to the same Irish chap. He took ages asking me ID type questions, postcode etc. EVentually he had said he needed to speak to the Internet team and someone would ring me back - they havent so far.

I am hoping that the fact that my business ordered the projector may hope - fingers crossed.
