I just called Dell, the lady asks for all my details to search my order.

She said she can't find it at all.

can u tell me what details they ask you, that they manage to locate your order?

name? address? post code? Internet receipt number?

cos she asked me all these, but still can't locate my order, :-/

phoned dell, got some b0llshi!t story about my bankdetails not matching my order details, so they stopped the order! Asked why no-one has bothered informing me of this, said she would contact the internet team to get back to me...

Just called Dell again and this time the guy has located my order details, he said he is gonna forward the order to the online ordering team to process.

Not sure what they are doing but will see what happen just like you guys. ;D

Hi Ive been lurking on this thread for a while as I also ordered a projector. Gave customer services a ring and the Indian lady says Ill put youre order through to the relevant team and they will send you further details, hope she meant PDF files. They would then email me expecting me to reply back. So Im waiting for some sort of email from dell ???
