The reason that there is so much negative comments on this board is because it is a scam. As for posts being removed this was because they are out and out adverts planted by people who work for the company.

I know that we all get a good laugh from Rough. Yes, it is fun but we really should not mock the afflicted. The worrying part is that this concern, Diamond, have him as their spokesperson. for goodness sake, what are the rest of the employees like? Voyagers from google or cyberspace should take note of this before they pay a penny to Diamond. If I am mistaken that Rough is the spokesperson, then perhaps someone in authority at Diamond will appear on this forum to give their view. We know that they monitor it. Perhaps they can give an insight that we can all prays!

Your spelling is getting better (you have now got "praise" right) but there should be an apostrophe in "im" (and an upper-case "I") and only one "f" in "afraid"

You seriously are pathetic. Surely you must have something better to do with your time, I mean judging by the spelling experience you have then you must be a little knowledged in a good job or is it the sad case that you too have lost your job. I'm happy with my spelling it's a forum for god sake it's not exactly a literacy class. So when you send texts to a friend do you always put the full words in? I think not. The thing is I happen to be rather good at the job I do if people aren't satisfied by what I say then I try to resolve the matter, But I don't lower myself to picking on there little mistakes.

It's "their" not "there" and what do you mean by "knowledged" ?

The reason we are having a go at you is that you work for a company that's scams people into thinking that they are getting a good deal when they are not. Why else do you have to subject them to hours of high-pressure salesmanship? You are fair game to us.

As for me, I am retired now, but all my working life I had "proper" jobs in telecommunications and electronics which did not involve trying to con people in the hope of earning a big fat commission.

If you want to call me pathetic then I will call you a leech for trying to con people out of their hard-earned cash.
