Back of De Veres eh Floss.....Twit grabs her torch and wicker basket ready to go blackberrying.... :rotfl:

I got some of the glucosamine tablets when the Daily Mail had a voucher for Boots to get some free....must confess, I've not taken all of mine and Mr Twit has had even less of his. So, I think a Boots trip is necessitated (is that a word) to get some Chon & Gluc which will hopefully also give a couple of the till spit vouchers to stock up on more givaway stuff :T
My shoulders crack dreadfully, it really is a revolting sound, can't be healthy.

Pen-Pin, I'm so pleased that you and your mum are clearing the air.

No sign of Mr Twit  wonder if he is home tonight or not.

  • :o With reference to the glucosamine, at one point I couldn't get down to low shelves at all - in the kitchen, if I wanted something out of evil cat's cupboard I had to sit on the stairs, work my way down them, wriggle over and crawl across the floor on my hands and knees :o The glucosamine really helped. I must start taking it again, as my joints are all getting bad again. At least I remembered my happy pill - Lame Wolf, I don't have a reminder on my mobile but I may consider other ways of triggering the reminder. It is a really good idea though. Dear heart has said he is going to get me a new mobile (mine is extremely well used) and it may have that function on it. Dear heart means well, but it is so hard for me to get used to these things.

I think he has had a good birthday. Poor man, he has once again come home absolutely shattered. If this carries on for any length of time I don't think he will be able to cope. I am so unsure what to suggest for him. There is the gym, but he is going into work early, taking only ten minutes for lunch and then he gets home about an hour at the most before little bear's bedtime, which he won't miss. That gives him time to have an evening meal and play with little bear. Hopefully it will ease off in a month or two, but I am a little concerned.

Nothing is scheduled for tomorrow! No orders to make, no phone calls to make, no visitors, no visiting - nothing! I have finished folding all the leaflets and the fiction for dear heart was delivered to his email address this afternoon. So for tea there will be the postponed cottage pie followed by trifle (dear heart's favourite food) and I hope to start a bit of a spring clean. I shall feel much better for that.

Now I am going to browse the Remoska thread now I have so recklessly purchased one.

    Hugs to all.

floss2 I would think it would help you :D OH says I am much *smoother* and *quieter*:rotfl:
I don't know whether Tescos etc do it. I've always bought mine from Victoria Wine( usually when they've had a 70% off sale, I stock up;) ) It's called Extra strength Gin. Big bottles, but it slips down easily with tonic water:rotfl: They say the dosage is 3 lrge ones a day. After the first 3 months I reduced to 2 a day, but got the shakes and had to up it again. There was some research I read on the web which said start high and then reduce. But I imagine there will be loads of different ones out there. I read it's the combination of the two substances (Gin and Tonic) that helps. I'm sticking with these because they work for me;)

You got that advice from Pink didn't you?
    _pale_  :p:D

Just tryng to motivate myself to make the lunches. :o Got lots of yellow sticker stuff in Tesco tonight including flowers for me (because I'm worth it) :D

Tea was HM tuna quiche and managed a bit of ironing. Spent all day catching up on paperwork for OH so haven't had time to get on here and have only skimmed the thread. :o
