    Martin, are you actually on RSC WITH the delectable James Martin? When will it be aired?

    BTW - deffo a wicked, wicked thread. I was thinking about coconut ice just the other day and lo - the recipe has appeared :D I also may have to invest in a sugar themometer...... (goes off to check put prices.....)

    Can you pour fudge on someone????

    Tried one year one of those chocolate body paint. YUK. It's all I can say!

    Probably not unless you want the object of your desire to be in hospital with 3rd degree burns, as it keeps hot for a long time.................however candle wax may be a useful substitution as it cools quickly! icon12.gificon12.gificon10.gif

    You're meant to let it cool before your pour it in the pan....

  • hope you don't mind me asking on this great fudge thread but yesterday I went to a Christmas fair & tasted a sample of Christmas fudge it was like all the tastes of Christmas in one mouthful!

    It was too expensive for me to buy though but I would love to make some does anyone know any recipes?

    All I know is that it had cherries, sultanas, & mixed peel in & the lady who gave me a sample said it had Christmas drink in. I didn't want to be cheeky & ask any more details!

    Hope someone can help as it was so yummy!
