Well have just made my 1st ever batch of fudge and..................

hope you don't mind me asking on this great fudge thread but yesterday I went to a Christmas fair & tasted a sample of Christmas fudge it was like all the tastes of Christmas in one mouthful!
It was too expensive for me to buy though but I would love to make some does anyone know any recipes?
All I know is that it had cherries, sultanas, & mixed peel in & the lady who gave me a sample said it had Christmas drink in. I didn't want to be cheeky & ask any more details!
