I know you wanted a no cook recipe, but this is a great fudge recipe that always works.
1lb white sugar
2oz golden syrup
2oz butter
1/4pt evaporated milk
1tsp vanilla
7inch tin greased, sponge cake tin is ok
Put everything into a pan except vanilla, heat gently till butter melted and sugar dissolved. Turn up heat and boil rapidly for about 3 minutes, stir to prevent mixture catching, cool slightly and add vanilla, put in tin, dont let it cool too much as it sets really quickly, if it does just reheat and put in tin. Cut into pieces. You can add chopped glace cherries, or walnuts with the vanilla about 2oz. Makes a great gift0 -

Can someone tell me what Crumbly fudge is? I've tried googling it but have no idea. Is it just fudge that crumbles when broken instead of being soft & chewy? What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0
