I dont think there were any T&Cs which we contradicted as long as we stayed on the same contract n the same package for 12 months and didnt downgrade the tarrif. In the end what we need to do is send the relevent bills in May 07...

    Isnt it correct?
I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T

Just got my second cashback - sent in the form promptly via recorded delivery and checked that it was received a couple of days later. Called after 28 days, having received nothing and was told by the processing company that they hold the form for two weeks, then print the cheque and then deliver cheque "within three weeks" of printing it. (The Link have outsourced the cashback processing, it seems, and the company that you call is not actually The Link ...)

Seems like a bit of a scam by the processing company to collect the cash from The Link, keep it in their accounts for a few weeks to skim the interest, and only then pass it on.

Sent my claim in beginning of November for The Link cashback 2nd of 3 (Nokia 6680, 3 TT700, offer from beginning of Feb) - still waiting fo the cheque. Finally managed to get through on their customer services number after phoning over 10 times (it is very helpful as it keeps you on hold for a minute or so, tells you that you are moving up the queue then says they are really busy and cuts you off ). Apparently my claim had not been received ... fortunately, a Special Delivery receipt number helped the process along as I had checked last month and it was received. My claim has now been processed and the cheque is, apparently, on its way. Only one more claim to go.

Just a reminder to all those that took out this contract, the last cashback is due in about two weeks. You need to send the bill after 1st May. AFAIK its the October and November 2006 bill.

    I am a bit confused,

If your first bill is dated November, the 11th and 12th bill will be September and October bill. If the bill is dated December, then the above should be right
  • I think it should be Sep and Oct bill

Hope everyone's got all their bits of paper ready to send off, if you've not done so already - the 11th (Septembers) and 12th (Octobers) bills and copy of receipt etc.
I've just got mine together ready to send tomorrow. (amazed I found it all but it is worth £105)
    Fingers crossed.

Has anyone received their cheques yet? I've waited over the 28 days it is supposed to take to receive the cheque but haven't received anything

    Thanks for replying planetdannii.
How long did you have to wait? Even allowing for the bank holidays, I've waited over 28 days. I sent it by recorded delivery and I've checked that it has got there.
