Hi Guys, is everyone on about the link cashback deals? if so i don't know what will happen cos o2 have bought the link and are turning 90 of the 300 stores into o2 shops and selling the others to different networks.

can anyone tell me if the link acknowledge receipt of your documents etc (as is the case with e2save and mobileshop) or do you just have to wait til the cheque turns up?

I have a POD from the RM so I know that they have received it ok.

I didnt receive any acknowledgement from them.
I rang them last week to ask for progress, the girl basically ask me for my Record delivery number and typed into RM site, it turned out as signed for even though she couldnt locate my claim in their system.

She simply said since we have received your claim (even though no odea where it is) we will process your claim. And I received the cheque a week later.

Just a reminder for anyone who took this contract out your 10th bill will be arriving shortly.

So you need to send this off along woth your 9th bill to get the 2nd £105 cashback.

I have found the Link to be exceptional in honouring cashback. I mistakenly sent in my bills over two weeks late, and even then they honoured it. I def now know where my next contract it coming from.

I was over by a week on one (due to a stupid miscalculation on my behalf) and they refused to pay out ! I think you must have been very lucky !

My sister sent hers in late, and got sent a cheque.
But my poor Dad make a mistake with his paperwork and got his claim sent back.
Now it's too late for him send back again.
Have just sent my 2nd claim off.
So as Andyblizz said don't forget to said for your 2nd Chequeback.

I sent my first claim by recorded delivery and have just found out it never arrived. The tracking details on Royal Mails website confirm that The Link never recieved my claim. Anybody any idea if The Link will pay up if i send my claim again detailing what has happened or do i kiss goodbye to the £105?
