How do we claim the £50 on Bill 3? I ordered early so I'm sure I qualify but can't see any reference anywhere and the questions in this thread about how to get this. Can you help?

I'm just in the process of completing the form ready for sending in.

I've got a copy of the £50 Cheque back form if you want me to send it.
Its for monthly contracts taken out between 04/11/05 - 07/11/05

let me know if you want the form (I've also got the 12monthly line rental redemption form if required)

i am now wading through my receipts and stuff to claim the 50 pound link cashback.

Their T & C states that i need to send my 1st and 3rd bill along with my till receipt. It was so long ago that i cannot remember seeing a till receipt. I have got a sales receipt from them in an A4 sheet of paper which looks like a proper receipt to me. is this the receipt i need to send or is there another receipt i need to find

Your original receipt would have been a long slim receipt - similar to a supermarket receipt, printed on thermal paper. The one you have sounds like the one they can print off for you from the store. This will also be sufficient when applying for you chequback.
