They come to you in the post(only that in the envelope),,,I didnt recieve a form with the phone so I emailed and asked then to send it to me...it came through the post a week later

I would check our order cause the claim back forms have the dates the slaes recipts have to be in order to get your money back.

I have a copy of the applicable on purchases from 4/11/05 - 30/11/05 cash back claim pdf, hopefully this will be sufficient?

I got the form in the post today. God knows why the Link were telling people their claims to cash back would not be valid (and bad luck to the people that cancelled on that basis). The form we have says it applies to all purchases 4/11 - 30/11. Maybe some of you have different forms?
We have spent an extortianate (sp?) amount on an Orange payg while the phone sat unopened upstairs.... Still, at least its sorted now.

For those who got this deal the 1st time it was offered.

You will be receiving your 3rd bill very shortly and it will be time to claim the £50 cash back.

Just to let people know, I got stitched by The Link over this one - got all sorts of emails saying all was fine and then come about the end of the first week of December was told phone was out of stock and not comin gin - my take was that in December three made sharp cuts in their retailler incentives and The Link realised what it was going to cost them to honour the deal for me so they pulled it.
Net result I was properly screwed, still put through a credit check plus I hadn't ordered another three contract when the good deals were available...

But- I have now had 3 bills from Three. The 1st seems more like a upfront payment rather than a itemized bill. Does this class as my 1st bill? To then be sent along with the 3rd etc to get £50 cashback.
I don't want to photocopy my bills and send them off to be wrong.

Yeah cause you need 3 airtime bills and airtime is billed in advance.
